1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed against scope completion, effort delivered, and contracted commercial terms.

  • Services already delivered, submitted, or accepted are generally non-refundable.
  • Government fees, statutory fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless returned by the issuing authority.
  • Any approved exception must be documented in writing by both parties.
2. Milestone-based engagements

Where services are milestone-based, refunds are assessed only for uninitiated future milestones.

  • Completed milestones remain billable as per signed scope.
  • Partially started milestones may be billed proportionately based on effort and artifacts produced.
  • Open claims must include invoice references, engagement name, and reason code.
3. How to request a refund

Submit a formal written request with complete context for internal review.

  • Email response@rabinnson.com with subject: Refund Request - [Invoice Number].
  • Provide payment proof, engagement details, and specific reason for the request.
  • Incomplete requests may require additional documentation before review starts.
4. Review and processing timelines

Validated requests are typically reviewed within business timelines and processed through the original payment channel.

  • Initial acknowledgement is usually shared within 3 business days.
  • Final decision timeline depends on scope complexity and third-party dependencies.
  • Approved refunds are processed as per banking/payment partner settlement cycles.
5. Dispute handling

If disagreement remains after review, parties should use the dispute process defined in their contract.

  • Commercial disputes should cite relevant scope clauses and communication records.
  • Parties are encouraged to attempt escalation-based resolution first.
  • Unresolved matters follow governing law and contractual jurisdiction.
