1. Cancellation request process

Cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by an authorized stakeholder.

  • Send requests to response@rabinnson.com with engagement reference and requested effective date.
  • Requests should include reason, impacted deliverables, and transition requirements.
  • Verbal requests are not treated as formal cancellation instructions.
2. Effective date and obligations

Cancellation takes effect only after written acknowledgement and alignment on closure activities.

  • Work completed up to effective date remains billable under signed terms.
  • Active submissions, authority filings, and third-party commitments may continue to completion.
  • Data, documents, and access transition plans are coordinated before closure.
3. Commercial impact

Financial treatment depends on milestone status, committed resources, and external costs.

  • Non-recoverable costs incurred before cancellation may be payable.
  • Unused future-scope components may be adjusted based on contract terms.
  • Any credits, refunds, or settlement adjustments are documented in writing.
4. Transition and handover

Where requested, Rabinnson supports structured handover to internal teams or replacement partners.

  • Handover may include current status, pending tasks, and available artifacts.
  • Transition support scope and timelines are separately agreed if not in original scope.
  • Security and confidentiality obligations continue post-cancellation.
5. Exceptions and emergency termination

Material breach, legal constraints, or force majeure scenarios are handled under contractual termination clauses.

  • Either party may invoke emergency termination where contractually permitted.
  • Post-termination rights and obligations follow signed terms and applicable law.
  • Dispute resolution follows the agreed governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
